How To Find And Sync Contacts On Instagram

This method will work for the Instagram app on any mobile device.

If you haven’t set a profile photo yet, you will see an icon of a person in the bottom right corner of the app instead. Click on this icon to go to your profile.

If you turn on connect contacts, you will be able to see a list of your contact’s Instagram accounts, and they will be notified that you are on Instagram.
